About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential mobile technology client in Paris. They're building a lean, zero-to-one team focused on launching the next generation of consumer AI applications across social entertainment, fitness, health, and learning. This is a high-ownership role where you'll define the visual identity of brand-new products in a fast-iteration, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality video and static content for mobile apps, specifically tailored for Meta Ads
- Ideate and execute creative concepts that go beyond standard, templated executions
- Benchmark competitors and continuously experiment with new content ideas and formats
- Analyze content performance and iterate quickly based on data insights
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, User Acquisition, and Product to align with marketing strategy and business priorities
- Help crack marketability for brand-new products that don't yet exist in the market
What We're Looking For
- Experience in mobile apps, creative industries (fashion, design, music), or a creative agency
- Experienced/senior profile, comfortable owning content end-to-end rather than executing pre-defined briefs
- Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong skills in video editing and motion design (Adobe Premiere, After Effects); audio editing and sound enhancement a plus
- Familiarity with CapCut appreciated if not strong on After Effects
- Comfortable with AI content tools (generative AI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs)
- Creative, resilient, adaptable, and proactive mindset with strong curiosity
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
- Nice-to-have: experience with UI/UX to contribute to onboarding funnel content
