Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – einem wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmen – einen Werkstudenten oder Minijobber (m/w/d) für den Kundenservice mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Home-Office-Option.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Beantwortung von Kundennachrichten per E-Mail (kein telefonischer Support)
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im E-Commerce-Bereich
- Bearbeitung von Rückgaben, Reklamationen und Erstattungen über Online-Marktplätze
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von FAQ-Texten und Standardantworten zur Optimierung des Kundensupports
- Überwachung und Beantwortung von Kundenbewertungen und -fragen auf den Verkaufsplattformen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistik-Team bei Rückfragen zu Versand, Lieferzeiten oder Paketverlust
- Dokumentation wiederkehrender Kundenanliegen zur Weitergabe an Produkt- und Marketingteams
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege interner Prozessdokumentationen im Kundenservice
- Mitwirkung bei saisonalen Peak-Zeiten zur Sicherstellung schneller Reaktionszeiten
Was wir suchen
- Eingeschriebene Studentin oder eingeschriebener Student in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel, oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlernen
- Motivation, theoretisches Wissen in die Praxis umzusetzen
- Interesse an einer Tätigkeit mit mindestens 1 Jahr Laufzeit, gerne auch langfristig
- Arbeitsumfang: etwa 8–12 Stunden pro Woche (mit Option auf Ausweitung auf 20 Stunden bei Wunsch)
Standort: Stuttgart (zentral gelegen) mit der Möglichkeit zu teilweiser oder vollständiger Remote-Tätigkeit
