About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, Faculty Events at Cengage Learning, you will design and deliver memorable events and campaigns that strengthen relationships with higher education faculty. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute faculty-focused events and marketing programs for the NA HED Faculty audience.
• Develop strategies and messaging that build engagement and loyalty among higher education instructors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align event goals with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Measure event performance and refine approaches to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Champion student choice and Cengage's commitment to accessible, innovative learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, event management, or a closely related field.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for faculty and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, US-based environment.
