About the Role

As Director, Digital Workplace and End User Services, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution behind onsemi's global end-user technology experience. Reporting to the CISO/VP of Infrastructure and leading the Global Digital Workplace & End-User Services team, you will balance long-term vision with hands-on delivery to keep the workforce productive, connected, and well-supported. This position is based on-site in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, with hybrid flexibility, and requires U.S. citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global digital workplace strategy spanning collaboration tools, endpoints, and end-user services.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Global Digital Workplace & End-User Services organization.
• Elevate the employee technology experience across devices, applications, and support channels worldwide.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align workplace technology with company priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable execution, service improvements, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience directing digital workplace, end-user computing, or IT services functions at enterprise scale.
• A strategic mindset paired with a strong bias toward execution and results.
• Demonstrated success building and leading global, cross-functional technology teams.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior infrastructure and security leadership.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work on-site/hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ.
