Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Manager, Applied AI Architects based in Paris, France. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, with relocation assistance available.

In this leadership role, you will manage a team of senior technical architects who serve as strategic advisors to enterprise clients across the South EMEA region. Your team will guide organizations through the full journey of AI adoption—from initial discovery and solution design through production deployment and measurable business impact. You'll work at the intersection of technical strategy, customer partnership, and practical implementation, ensuring that advanced AI capabilities translate into real-world value for complex enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Applied AI Architects, fostering technical excellence, sound judgment, and strong customer stewardship
• Define and refine the strategy and operating model for Applied AI Architecture across Europe, aligning organizational priorities with strategic customer needs
• Partner with sales leadership to prioritize accounts, allocate technical resources effectively, and establish clear technical strategies for the region's most critical engagements
• Ensure your team serves as primary technical advisors for their portfolios, owning technical account plans, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
• Lead complex, multi-threaded customer journeys connecting executive vision with use-case qualification, solution evaluation, enterprise governance, and production readiness
• Coach the team on AI architectures spanning models, applications, data integration, identity, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, reliability, and deployment
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and board-level stakeholders, serving as an executive technical sponsor when needed
• Mobilize cross-functional specialists across deployment, implementation, product, engineering, research, security, legal, and partner teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
• Establish rigorous portfolio health metrics including technical wins, qualified use cases, production readiness, adoption rates, and measurable customer impact
• Translate field patterns into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams while developing reusable architecture guidance

What We're Looking For

• Deep technical expertise in modern AI systems, frontier models, agentic applications, platform technologies, software and cloud architecture, APIs, data integration, identity, security, privacy, and enterprise deployment
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, or AI deployment with large enterprises
• 4+ years of people-management experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing customer-facing technical teams
• Proven track record guiding enterprise organizations from technical discovery through production adoption and measurable business impact
• Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills with ability to build credibility across CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, boards, and engineering teams
• Strong portfolio management capabilities with experience making resource-allocation decisions and balancing regional strategy with hands-on customer support
• Excellent architectural judgment, knowing when to go deep personally, when to coach, when to involve specialists, and how to define clear handoffs
• Experience building partnerships across sales, product, engineering, research, deployment, security, legal, and external partner ecosystems
• Comfort leading across South EMEA and partnering across European markets, adapting to different industries, cultures, and regulatory contexts
• Customer-centric philosophy focused on durable value, responsible production adoption, and long-term partnership
• Collaborative spirit with humility, curiosity, and commitment to safe and beneficial AI advancement
