Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential strategic intelligence firm serving the technology sector. Our client is building a talent pool for upcoming Business Development Representative positions in Paris. They work with investors and corporate clients across North America and Europe, supported by a network of thousands of market professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch a career in business development, pipeline generation, or technology sales. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a multicultural, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients through outbound efforts
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, coordinating handoffs to senior sales team members
• Communicate directly with C-level executives, including fund managing partners, entrepreneurs, and software leaders
• Collaborate with research and sales teams to support business development initiatives
• Track and report on key performance indicators and achievement of targets

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree from a business school
• Strong understanding of finance, investment, and M&A concepts
• Previous experience in finance or investment (internships and apprenticeships count) is a strong advantage
• Passion for technology and innovation; familiarity with B2B software or AI topics is a plus
• KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and target achievement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (required); additional European language fluency is beneficial
• Strong desire to develop commercial and business development skills
• Collaborative team player who also delivers independently
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment and tackling new challenges
