Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Management Graduate for a structured 4-month program in London. You will contribute to building and scaling business ventures in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting recruitment functions from candidate sourcing through screening and outreach
• Creating connections with industry leaders and maintaining strategic relationships
• Developing and implementing social media and marketing content strategies
• Conducting data analysis, extracting relevant datasets, and interpreting findings for stakeholders
• Taking ownership of high-impact projects that drive business growth

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with exceptional drive and a proven track record of achievement. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree completed or in progress with outstanding academic results
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) plus fluency in a Scandinavian language
• Experience from part-time work, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proactive ownership mentality with ability to follow through on commitments
• High sense of urgency and relentless drive for excellence

This is an on-site position in London (Victoria station area) Monday through Friday with no remote work options. Start date is January 2024. There is potential for permanent employment following successful completion of the program.
