Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking an Italian-speaking graduate for a 4-month management development program in London. You will work on high-impact projects that accelerate your professional growth, including:
- Supporting recruitment operations, from candidate sourcing to initial screening conversations
- Building relationships with senior industry professionals and potential conference speakers
- Developing and implementing social media and marketing content strategies
- Conducting data analysis, extracting relevant datasets, and presenting findings to leadership
- Contributing to business development initiatives across multiple industry verticals
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates with exceptional drive and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion with strong academic performance
- Fluency in both English and Italian, written and spoken
- Previous experience from part-time employment or extracurricular leadership roles
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proactive ownership mentality with strong follow-through on commitments
- Ability to work full-time in-office near Victoria station, London (no remote option)
- Availability to start in January 2024
