Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a German-speaking graduate for a 4-month paid program in London. You will contribute to building and scaling industry-focused ventures through high-impact projects that accelerate your professional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting talent acquisition activities including candidate sourcing and conducting initial conversations with prospective hires
• Establishing connections with senior industry professionals and maintaining valuable business relationships
• Creating and managing social media and marketing content by developing and implementing strategic campaigns
• Conducting data analysis, extracting relevant datasets, and interpreting findings for stakeholder communication

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with exceptional work ethic, a strong sense of urgency, and relentless drive to excel. You should demonstrate ownership, proactivity, and follow-through on commitments.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress with outstanding academic results
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

This is a full-time, in-office position based in London near Victoria station. Remote work is not available. The program begins in January 2024 with potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.
