Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a Spanish-speaking graduate for a 4-month paid program in London. You will contribute to building and scaling business operations across multiple functions, including:

• Supporting recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through initial screening conversations
• Developing relationships with senior industry professionals and key stakeholders
• Creating and managing social media and marketing content, developing and implementing strategy across platforms
• Conducting data analysis, extracting relevant datasets, interpreting findings, and communicating insights
• Taking ownership of high-impact projects that accelerate professional development

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with exceptional drive and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A bachelor's degree completed or near completion with outstanding academic results
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Experience from part-time work, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and proactive ownership of commitments
• Willingness to work full-time in-office Monday through Friday near Victoria station in London
