Position Summary

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey—from initial acquisition through sustained loyalty and repeat purchase. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution in a distributed, growth-focused environment. You will leverage customer behavioural data and segmentation to craft personalised experiences, test performance hypotheses, and continuously optimise for engagement and lifetime value. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and building scalable systems that deliver bottom-line results.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and manage customer lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels to drive retention, repeat engagement, and subscription growth
• Segment audiences using customer data and behavioural insights to deliver targeted, contextual messaging
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys that guide users through acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and loyalty stages
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to refine strategy and tactics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and sales teams to align messaging with business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing customer lifecycle or retention marketing programmes
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategy and optimisation decisions
• Hands-on expertise in customer segmentation, campaign setup, testing methodologies, and performance measurement
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling, customer-centric campaign messaging
• Self-directed approach with comfort in ownership, experimentation, and driving results in a remote-first setting
