Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized email and SMS campaigns that increase repeat purchases, subscriptions, and customer engagement
• Build automated customer journeys that activate new users, nurture prospects, and re-engage inactive segments
• Segment audiences using customer data and behavioral signals to maximize message relevance and response rates
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and offers to continuously improve campaign performance
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
• Partner with product and data teams to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business goals
