GSI Partnership Lead

Jobgether is hiring a GSI Partnership Lead to architect and lead a partner ecosystem across the United States. This full-time remote role offers the chance to construct a premier partnerships function from its inception.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone ready to launch a partner program that extends enterprise market penetration and drives accelerated growth. You'll hold end-to-end accountability for the vision, architecture, and delivery of a solutions partner network designed to amplify organizational reach. Operating in a 0-to-1 capacity, you'll blend strategic vision with direct hands-on work—from sourcing and bringing on cornerstone partners to establishing repeatable operating models and commercial structures. You'll coordinate across sales, marketing, legal, and product teams to activate partner-centric go-to-market strategies. Working with systems integrators, implementation agencies, and consulting firms, you'll establish new customer pathways and accelerate the adoption of technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and launch a GSI and solutions partner program that expands enterprise market reach and drives measurable revenue impact
• Source, qualify, and onboard strategic partners aligned with business and customer needs
• Create partner enablement assets, operational processes, and commercial frameworks that scale
• Negotiate partnership contracts and agreements that build mutual long-term value
• Orchestrate alignment across sales, marketing, legal, and product to deploy partner-driven market initiatives
• Define partner metrics, pipeline tracking systems, and performance benchmarking

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience launching or scaling partnerships, channels, or partner programs
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty in new markets or functions
• Track record negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex partnership relationships
• Comfort balancing strategy with execution—you move fluidly between long-term planning and operational delivery
• Experience leading initiatives across sales, marketing, legal, and product teams
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities with agency and systems integrator partners
