Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to architect and develop a comprehensive customer retention marketing program from the ground up. You'll work across email, SMS, and other digital channels to build targeted campaigns that guide customers through their complete lifecycle—from first acquisition through ongoing loyalty. Balancing strategic direction with tactical implementation, you'll harness customer behavior data and audience segmentation to test, validate, and scale initiatives that increase customer lifetime value and deepen customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) personalized to customer segments and behavioral signals
• Set up marketing automation sequences that nurture customers through acquisition, repeat engagement, and retention phases
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to identify and implement optimization opportunities
• Map customer progression sequences that align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Track engagement, retention, and revenue metrics, translating findings into strategic refinements
• Work cross-functionally with product and data teams to gain customer insights and enable seamless execution
