Program Manager

SOSi is hiring a Program Manager to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a full-time position supporting information technology and program delivery.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs and initiatives. In this role, you'll manage program schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder requirements. You'll coordinate across multiple teams and departments to drive program success and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor program progress against established milestones and key performance indicators
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Manage program risks, identify mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for leadership and clients
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in program or project management within technology or related environments
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
