About This Position
You will shepherd quality programs across sophisticated software platforms, managing all phases of testing from initial strategy through production readiness. Your contributions will shape how engineering organisations approach quality assurance and accelerate the delivery of stable, high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive quality assurance strategies for complex software systems
- Manage the testing lifecycle across multiple phases, including planning, development validation, integration testing, and release sign-off
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks that increase coverage and reduce time-to-release
- Collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders, and product users to identify quality risks and prevent failures
- Document testing outcomes, quality metrics, and actionable recommendations for process refinement
- Mentor quality practices and advocate for emerging testing methodologies within the organisation
Skills & Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in quality assurance and test engineering
- Proficiency in designing test strategies, writing test cases, and executing tests across diverse scenarios
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting
- Experience conducting testing in multiple environments (integration, staging, pre-release systems)
- Clear communication abilities when interfacing with technical and non-technical team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high standards for quality
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in remote, asynchronous work settings
