Accenture Consulting is hiring a Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain, Management Consulting Manager to join our Minneapolis office in Hennepin County. In this full-time role, you'll advise leading healthcare and life sciences organizations on transforming their supply chain operations to drive efficiency, resilience, and competitive advantage.
About the Role
As a Management Consulting Manager focused on life sciences and MedTech supply chain solutions, you'll partner with senior executives and boards to design and implement enterprise-wide operational improvements. Your work will span strategy development, process optimization, technology enablement, and organizational change—helping clients reduce costs, enhance performance, and build more sustainable supply chain networks.
What You'll Do
- Lead consulting engagements for clients in the life sciences and MedTech sectors, focusing on supply chain strategy and operations
- Analyze current-state supply chain processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency
- Develop and present recommendations to C-suite executives and boards on supply chain transformation initiatives
- Guide implementation of solutions including process redesign, systems integration, and organizational restructuring
- Build client relationships and manage consulting teams through complex, multi-phase engagements
- Contribute thought leadership on supply chain trends, best practices, and industry innovations
What We're Looking For
- Proven consulting experience in supply chain management, operations, or related business functions
- Deep knowledge of life sciences and/or MedTech industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and supply chain challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes client engagements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at executive levels
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
