Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP supply chain and logistics modules to meet retail business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to track supply chain performance
• Manage vendor relationships and supplier integration within SAP systems
• Identify process improvement opportunities and champion digital transformation initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing SAP supply chain, logistics, or materials management modules in a retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SAP systems (MM, LE, SD modules preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across organizations
• Expertise in inventory management, demand planning, and distribution operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
