Lead, Sales & Performance

Delivery Hero is seeking a talented Lead, Sales & Performance to drive commercial growth and operational excellence across our Singapore market. This is a full-time, remote position based in Singapore, SG.

About the Role

As Lead, Sales & Performance at Delivery Hero, you will spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies designed to accelerate merchant acquisition, customer growth, and platform penetration across Singapore. This leadership position combines hands-on commercial strategy with a focus on data-driven performance management, positioning you at the intersection of revenue growth and operational delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and manage sales targets whilst ensuring consistent revenue growth across merchant and customer acquisition channels
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimise platform performance, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Develop partnership strategies with restaurant chains, merchants, and logistics partners to expand market reach
• Monitor and analyse performance dashboards, translating insights into actionable commercial strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on go-to-market campaigns and feature rollouts
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats, adjusting tactics to maintain competitive advantage

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership or commercial strategy roles, preferably in technology, marketplace, or delivery sectors
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting KPIs, financial metrics, and customer behaviour data
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all organisational levels
• Strategic mindset combined with tactical execution excellence and hands-on problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market landscape and local business practices is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent commercial experience preferred
