About the Role

We're seeking a Power and Analog Design Electrical Engineer I to strengthen our engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and validate analog power circuits and systems that support advanced defense applications. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into reliable, high-performance solutions, gaining hands-on experience with complex power electronics and signal conditioning systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design and analyze analog power circuits, including switching power supplies, voltage regulators, and energy management systems
  • Develop schematic designs and PCB layouts for power and analog subsystems using industry-standard CAD tools
  • Conduct circuit simulations, testing, and validation to ensure performance meets specification and reliability requirements
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems
  • Document design decisions, create technical specifications, and maintain design records
  • Support prototype builds, troubleshooting, and field validation activities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Strong foundational knowledge of circuit theory, analog electronics, and power systems
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (such as Altium, OrCAD, or EAGLE)
  • Familiarity with simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB, or equivalent)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an active, transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as security clearance eligibility depends on citizenship status
