About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential EdTech organization in a search for a Lead Product Manager. This role offers the opportunity to drive product strategy for compliance-focused platform solutions serving higher education institutions across the United States.
This is a remote position based in the United States, working with a distributed team to build software that addresses complex accreditation and program management challenges in clinical and educator preparation programs.
Responsibilities
- Own and direct the product roadmap for platform products supporting experiential learning management, competency tracking, and digital credentialing
- Balance competing priorities across customer commitments, strategic initiatives, and engineering capacity to define quarterly and annual plans
- Create well-scoped product requirements grounded in user research, business outcomes, and accreditation compliance needs
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
- Develop deep domain knowledge in clinical education workflows, accreditation frameworks (ACEN, CCNE, CAEP, CACREP, CSWE), and the day-to-day operations of program coordinators and clinical faculty
- Contribute to go-to-market readiness by collaborating on product positioning, release communications, and customer onboarding materials
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation decisions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- At least 2 years owning and managing complex software products from strategy through execution
- Proven ability to transform ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable product requirements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Experience working in higher education, healthcare, compliance-driven software, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in distributed, asynchronous-first team environments
- Outcome-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus
- Prior experience with clinical placement workflows, competency-based education models, or accreditation reporting is valuable but not required
