About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Lead Facets Product Consultant. Our talent team is working with a client who requires deep Facets platform expertise to drive solution design initiatives and optimize configuration architecture for improved claims processing efficiency.
This is a remote, full-time position based in Springfield, Sangamon County.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level guidance on the Facets platform and its capabilities
- Lead solution design initiatives for Facets implementations and enhancements
- Optimize Facets configuration architecture to improve claims processing efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and recommend best practices for Facets platform utilization
- Support healthcare clients in maximizing the value of their Facets investment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Facets Product Consultant or Facets Design Specialist
- Deep technical knowledge of the Facets core administration platform
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing workflows and requirements
- Experience leading solution design and configuration optimization initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
