This role focuses on hardware inventory and asset management within a specialized solutions engineering environment. We're looking for an organized professional who can maintain meticulous records and support a dynamic sales engineering operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hardware inventory for solutions engineering activities at the office location
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, including inventory levels, SKU cataloging, serial number tracking, and asset status
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment needs to support ongoing business activities
• Coordinate hardware allocation and distribution to support sales demonstrations and client engagements
• Ensure asset management systems are current and compliant with organizational standards
• Support the solutions engineering team with hardware logistics and availability planning

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hardware inventory management or asset management roles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking and cataloging systems
• Experience with inventory management software and asset tracking tools
• Ability to forecast inventory needs and make data-driven replenishment recommendations
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales and engineering teams
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and database systems for record-keeping
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently while supporting team objectives
