About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer in the Glendale, Denver area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global infrastructure team supporting enterprise-scale network operations.
In this role, you will monitor and troubleshoot network events, collect and analyze technical data, triage and mitigate incidents, and coordinate escalations. You'll help drive continuous operational improvement while working alongside experienced engineers, partner teams, and vendors to maintain and optimize large-scale infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts and events in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across distributed systems
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to identify trends and root causes
- Triage incidents and coordinate appropriate escalation paths
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level experience in network operations or network engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills with enterprise network infrastructure
- Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Ability to analyze technical data and identify patterns
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in 24/7 operational environments
- Strong documentation and process improvement capabilities
