Senior Manager, Product Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing based in London. Our client operates at global scale, powering digital payment experiences for leading enterprises across multiple sectors.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership across a critical product area. You will define go-to-market strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive measurable business impact at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing across key payment and digital commerce capabilities, including positioning, packaging, and go-to-market execution
• Define and execute GTM strategy across product launches, adoption initiatives, and growth programs spanning multiple regions and segments
• Translate complex technical features into clear, outcome-focused narratives that resonate with enterprise merchants
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Commercial, Partnerships, and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders and driving execution
• Drive integrated multi-channel product marketing campaigns that support adoption and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
• Shape product narrative and positioning to create a cohesive, differentiated story across the product portfolio
• Define success metrics, track performance, and use data analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Establish and evolve product marketing processes that increase clarity, speed, and impact for the broader team
• Act as subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Strong product marketing leadership experience across complex product areas, ideally in payments, fintech, or technology sectors
• Proven track record defining and owning GTM strategies that drive launches, adoption, and expansion
• Commercial mindset with ability to connect product marketing directly to adoption metrics, growth, and business outcomes
• Deep capability to build domain expertise across technical product capabilities quickly
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams
• Strong storytelling and positioning skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives
• Data-driven decision making approach with strong analytical mindset
• Ownership mentality and ability to drive work autonomously with minimal oversight
• Experience mentoring or leading others, with readiness to step into team leadership as the function scales
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across the organization
