Agent Deployment Engineer – German Speaking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for an Agent Deployment Engineer with native or business-level German language skills. This is a technical delivery role based in London, working in-office with a team that builds and deploys conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients.

As an Agent Deployment Engineer, you will own the end-to-end technical execution of AI agent implementations for strategic customers. You'll architect solutions, build integrations, design guardrails, and work directly with senior technical stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI systems that perform reliably at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own complete architecture and execution of AI agent builds from initial scoping through production deployment
• Design and engineer core agentic logic, applying engineering principles to optimize quality and reliability across model outputs
• Build and validate layered guardrails and supervisory controls to ensure safe, compliant agent performance
• Architect, build, and test integrations with customer systems including CRMs, ticketing platforms, and data pipelines
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders at customer organizations to define success criteria and system requirements
• Diagnose and resolve both probabilistic and technical failures through root-cause analysis of execution traces and model behavior
• Design evaluation and regression-testing frameworks to validate agent behavior and prevent performance drift
• Translate customer needs into clear documentation and collaborate with internal engineering teams on platform improvements
• Partner with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver consistent, high-quality agent implementations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, implementation engineering, or technical product management
• Native or business-level fluency in both written and spoken English and German
• Strong technical foundation with comfort writing code, working with APIs, and building/validating integrations end-to-end
• Proven experience delivering production-grade customer solutions requiring structured execution, testing, and iteration
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders and translate requirements into implementation plans
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as you implement them

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building with or around LLMs and AI agents (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, tooling, workflow design)
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and associated security/compliance considerations
• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent technical experience
• Strong product instinct with ability to define success metrics and contribute customer insights to product roadmap
