Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor, Individual Dental – Cigna Healthcare – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor for their Individual Dental division. This is a remote position based in Springfield, Sangamon County.

Our talent team is partnering with a leading health services company to find an experienced product owner who will serve as a core member of an empowered product team. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating vision into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, architecture, design, data teams, operations, and business stakeholders to translate product strategy into executable work
• Ensure validated opportunities are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and ready for delivery
• Serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical implementation for the Individual Dental product line
• Manage and refine the product backlog in an Agile environment
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive product delivery
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet business requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner in a senior advisory capacity
• Strong background in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration preferred
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience defining and prioritizing product backlogs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment
