Sr Analyst, Performance Suite Analytics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare analytics organization seeking a Sr Analyst, Performance Suite Analytics for their Baton Rouge location. This is a full-time, work-from-home position where you'll play a critical role in analyzing complex healthcare data to drive better outcomes for patients with high-acuity conditions.

Our client partners with health plans and care providers to deliver data-driven insights that improve care coordination and clinical performance across specialty and primary care settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and performance reports for healthcare stakeholders
• Analyze clinical and claims data to identify trends, gaps in care, and opportunities for improvement
• Support performance measurement initiatives across complex patient populations
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms
• Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or performance measurement
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience working with claims data, clinical quality measures, or population health metrics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with commitment to data quality and accuracy
