About This Opportunity

Our client, a confidential cloud infrastructure organization, is building next-generation region deployment automation powered by AI integration. We are representing them in their search for a Senior Platform Software Engineer to lead agentic AI project work. This is a high-impact role where you'll architect scalable solutions, mentor engineering teams, and drive innovation at the intersection of cloud platform automation and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable software solutions for AI-driven region build automation
• Architect systems that integrate AI agents with cloud infrastructure provisioning workflows
• Define technical strategy for platform services supporting automated deployment at scale
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on system architecture and software design best practices
• Drive innovation in cloud technologies and automation tooling
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security across platform components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI-integrated services

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed systems design
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure automation
• Experience building scalable platform services and developer tools
• Background in AI/ML integration, particularly agentic AI systems or automation agents
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
• Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects to completion
