Lead Business Analyst (BA) – Contract role

Responsibilities

We are representing a consultancy engaged in a strategic CRM transformation within the insurance sector. As Lead Business Analyst, you will operate across a portfolio of transformation initiatives, providing leadership across multiple workstreams and coordinating an emerging BA capability. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading BA activity across multiple CRM transformation initiatives and coordinating the wider BA team
• Owning stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, business cases and benefits realisation
• Driving delivery across strategic and operational workstreams with a high degree of autonomy
• Providing Senior Consultant-level guidance with minimal oversight

What We're Looking For

Our client needs an experienced independent consultant who can hit the ground running in a complex transformation environment. Essential requirements include:

• Strong leadership and delivery management experience at Lead BA or Senior Consultant level
• Insurance sector experience, ideally combined with CRM transformation exposure
• Experience with Dynamics is advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available for a 3-month contract with likely extension
• Able to work hybrid in London

Pay

This is a contract role operating outside IR35 with a day rate of £400-£475.
