About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health insurance organization seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses on managing strategic accounts within the Public Sector across multiple French cities including Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, and Annecy.

Our client is an innovative player in the prevention insurance space, serving over 1 million members across 40,000+ partner companies. They've built a unique approach that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Public Sector, including ministries and other public entities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives
• Take a customer-centric approach to identify needs and help clients achieve their organizational goals
• Proactively identify potential dissatisfaction signals and implement solutions
• Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and drive adoption among employees and administrators
• Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews
• Develop and execute creative initiatives to engage existing customers
• Negotiate contract renewals bGet A Job.aicing client value and sustainable profitability
• Act as the voice of customers when collaborating with product teams

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role with frequent C-level interactions
• Full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication)
• Advanced level English proficiency
• Experience dealing with very large organizations and potentially with unions
• Strong negotiation skills with tact and empathy
• Expertise in positive stakeholder engagement and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency
• Advanced analytical skills and comfort presenting complex data analysis to clients
• Excellent active listening skills and ability to craft effective follow-up communications
• Growth mindset with ability to adapt to new trends and develop in-depth market understanding
• Current residence in (or willingness to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, or Annecy

Nice to have: Previous experience in insurance or benefits-related industries. Experience with or within the Public Sector is also valued.
