Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential full-service marketing and communications agency in Munich. As Junior Project Manager, you will independently manage comprehensive client projects spanning communication, brand management, and strategic consulting. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end client projects with a focus on public sector and marketing initiatives
• Collaborating closely with a motivated team to develop and implement project strategies
• Presenting concepts professionally to clients and ensuring smooth project delivery
• Contributing to strategic planning and advising on brand positioning for diverse clients
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications

Our client seeks a junior-level professional who can confidently manage projects with direct client contact. The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• Experience or strong aptitude for structured project management with a hands-on approach
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Enthusiasm for working with public sector organizations and corporate clients
• Comfort presenting ideas and managing client relationships
• Fluency in German (required for client-facing work in Munich)
