Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential engineering organization specializing in safety-critical infrastructure systems. In this hardware planning role based in Mannheim, you will:
- Create electrical engineering production documentation for control cabinet construction in technical infrastructure environments
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including parts lists and master data management in SAP
- Develop, adapt, and maintain CAD templates and libraries using AutoCAD, eXs, EPLAN, and MS Visio
- Contribute to optimization and standardization of hardware and construction processes
- Collaborate with development, hardware, and manufacturing teams to align technical requirements
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a qualified professional with:
- Successfully completed electrotechnical further education (Techniker, Meister, or comparable qualification)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio, plus experience with CAE tools such as ecsCAD, eXs, or EPLAN
- Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working approach
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
