KI Automation & Content Builder (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in the Cologne area who is building workflow automation and business tools for European companies. They need someone who doesn't just market products—they need someone who builds, tests, and demonstrates real automation use cases.

This role is perfect for someone who looks at business processes and immediately thinks: "That could be automated." You'll be creating workflows, testing AI tools, producing tutorial content, and showing companies how to work smarter through automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and test workflows using the client's platform alongside complementary automation tools
• Experiment with AI tools, automations, and new use cases to discover practical applications
• Engage with customers to identify opportunities for process simplification
• Create YouTube videos, tutorials, and short explainer content in German and English
• Deliver live webinars demonstrating automation capabilities to business audiences
• Develop content ideas, demos, and automations that deliver genuine business value
• Translate technical features into clear, accessible explanations for diverse audiences

What We're Looking For

Essential skills:

• Excellent German and good English communication skills
• Experience creating YouTube videos, tutorials, or educational content
• Strong interest in AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization
• Ability to dive deep into product functionality and understand complex systems
• Talent for explaining technical concepts in simple, understandable terms
• Self-starter mentality with enthusiasm for rapidly testing new ideas

Valued experience (not required):

• Hands-on work with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Make, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or CRM systems
• Creation of tutorials, shorts, reels, webinars, or product demonstration videos
• Building automations for yourself, clients, or previous employers
• Interest in B2B, SaaS, sales, marketing, or digital business processes

Work Arrangement

The role is fully remote with an optional office location near Cologne. Flexible arrangements including part-time, working student status, full-time, or freelance collaboration can be discussed based on your situation.
