Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential audiology organization that is revolutionizing hearing care through digital teleaudiology. In this role, you will conduct remote hearing assessments and fittings from modern office facilities in Mainz.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Performing tone and speech audiometry remotely with clients in their homes
• Fitting and adjusting hearing systems live during digital appointments via PC connection
• Guiding clients through the complete hearing care journey from initial measurement to final fitting
• Explaining device handling, features, and value to clients
• Utilizing a prepared hearing care concept with pre-supplied tools and equipment
• Focusing on successful outcomes and client satisfaction in a digital-first environment

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a qualified Hörakustiker:in (Hearing Care Professional) who is ready to move beyond traditional retail audiology into digital care delivery.

Required qualifications:

• Completed training or retraining as a Hörakustiker:in (Hearing Care Acoustician)
• Enthusiasm for digital client consultation and relationship building
• Sales drive and focus on achieving successful fittings and outcomes
• Interest in innovative care delivery models and digital technology
• Team spirit and desire to shape new approaches in audiology
• German language proficiency for client interactions

Pay
