Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting firm specializing in public sector transformation. As a working student, you will support our client's consultants on organizational development projects and gain valuable insights into shaping future-ready public organizations. Your responsibilities include:

• Project management support: Take on meaningful tasks in client projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation, working closely with senior consultants
• Workshop and training coordination: Assist with preparation, coordination, and delivery of workshops and trainings for clients; create compelling presentations and materials
• Proposal development: Support consultants through proofreading and editing of proposals and reports
• Market research: Conduct research on current market developments to support business growth

What We're Looking For

• Academic background: Currently enrolled as a student in organizational psychology, business administration, social sciences, HR-focused business studies, or related field with at least one year remaining in your program
• Availability: 16-20 hours per week during the semester
• Interest in consulting: Strong enthusiasm for organizational development and the consulting profession
• Design skills: Good eye for creating visual content and enjoyment in developing engaging training and workshop materials (flipcharts, PowerPoint presentations)
• Ownership mindset: Take full responsibility for your tasks with a hands-on mentality
• Location: Based in or able to work from Düsseldorf, Germany
• Language: German fluency required for this role
