Working Student – Junior Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

Our talent team is representing a confidential IT consultancy operating across Europe. They specialize in work management and digital transformation solutions for mid-sized and enterprise organizations. We're seeking a working student to join their solutions team in a junior consulting capacity—perfect for someone studying business, computer science, or a related field who wants hands-on experience with enterprise software platforms.

This is a remote position based in Germany, offering flexible hours that accommodate your academic schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present proof-of-concept demonstrations showcasing cloud-based collaboration and project management platforms
• Design solutions including project portfolio dashboards, process diagrams, and PMO frameworks
• Assist in client training sessions and change management activities
• Take ownership of sub-projects from initial client contact through implementation
• Support business development through prospect research, account planning, and CRM data management
• Contribute to client deliverables using industry-standard work management tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at a German university in business administration, economics, computer science, or related field
• Some prior experience through internships or working student roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Genuine interest in software and digital technologies
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Creative problem-solver who works independently and brings original ideas
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working in international teams
• Fluent in both English and German (additional languages are a plus)
