SAP S/4HANA Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an SAP S/4HANA Specialist to take on technical and functional ownership of their SAP system landscape. You will play an active role in shaping central digitalization projects.

• Analyze and optimize business processes within the SAP environment
• Design and implement customizing requirements in S/4HANA
• Independently manage roll-outs, migrations, and system integrations
• Collaborate closely with business units, external service providers, and the IT team
• Ensure system stability and drive continuous development of the SAP landscape

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience supporting, implementing, or developing SAP S/4HANA systems
• Strong process understanding in at least one SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP)
• Proven experience managing SAP projects and requirements with business departments
• Knowledge of adjacent topics such as interfaces/iPaaS or Salesforce is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills paired with structured, conceptual thinking
