Junior Key Account Sales Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Junior Key Account Sales Executive for their Paris office. In this role, you will drive merchant acquisition through structured outbound sales activity.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to build a qualified pipeline of small business prospects
• Qualifying leads by understanding business needs and positioning payment solutions appropriately
• Delivering product demonstrations and sales presentations that convert interest into closed deals
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature
• Tracking performance metrics against monthly and quarterly targets
• Contributing insights and best practices to strengthen team performance and office culture

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who combines sales fundamentals with a hunger to develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in outbound sales or business development with measurable results
• Comfort with high-volume phone-based outreach as a core activity
• Natural curiosity and confidence when engaging new contacts and solving business challenges
• Results-oriented mindset with experience working toward defined targets
• Fluency in both French and English (daily communication with local merchants and international colleagues)
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

This is an office-first position based in Paris requiring regular in-person collaboration.
