Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join their team in Mülheim. In this role, you will:

• Support coordination and communication with internal talent roster
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential brand partnership opportunities
• Help prepare partnership proposals and manage incoming collaboration requests
• Develop negotiation skills through contract discussions and pricing conversations with brands and service providers
• Support senior artist managers in developing content concepts and formats for talent
• Serve as a liaison between talent and brand partners, coordinating schedules and ensuring talent wellbeing
• Research and identify new partnership opportunities and potential media formats

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with:

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or work within a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Strong awareness of current digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all major social media platforms and online communities
• Ideally, hands-on experience implementing or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and self-motivation
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and proficient English
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication abilities
• Passion for working with artists and content creators

This position offers 30 days of vacation, company phone, company laptop, and the opportunity to work within flat hierarchies with room for creative input.
