Chief of Staff, Strategy & AI Enablement

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial technology company in Berlin that is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This is a company-building role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and AI-enabled execution.

Our client operates at scale across multiple European markets with strong institutional backing. They have recently completed significant growth funding and are expanding their leadership team to support the next phase of development.

This position offers direct exposure to executive decision-making, board-level strategy, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CEO agenda across all functions and establish clear operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Create transparency on key performance metrics including revenue, margin, and working capital
• Translate company strategy into concrete, executable plans and align senior leadership on priorities
• Work closely with Finance on P&L, balance sheet, liquidity, and capital efficiency
• Support investor communication and board preparation
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to internal workflows and operations
• Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end including potential M&A, market expansion, and funding activities
• Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution across the organization
• Act as sparring partner to senior leadership and ensure data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, or top-tier investment banking with strong M&A exposure
• Proven track record of applying AI tools in real operating environments
• Strong financial understanding including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
• Exceptional structuring and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate under pressure in a high-performance environment
• Native-level English required; German strongly preferred
• Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €90,000 – €120,000 yearly (fixed plus performance bonus)
