Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Support coordination and communication with managed talent and content creators
• Identify and approach potential brand partnership opportunities
• Prepare proposals and respond to incoming collaboration requests
• Assist with contract negotiations and pricing discussions with partners and service providers
• Help develop content concepts and formats for talent, supporting execution from idea to delivery
• Serve as liaison between talent and brand partners, scheduling appearances and ensuring talent satisfaction
• Scout new partnership opportunities and future campaign formats

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, social media, or PR agency work
• Strong awareness of current digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all major social media platforms and online communities
• Ideally, hands-on experience implementing or concepting social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and self-motivation
• Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for talent management
• Excellent organizational abilities and an outgoing personality
