(Junior) Account Executive (f/m/d)

About the Role

We are representing a fast-growing business intelligence technology company in Munich. They are seeking a Junior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from first call to signed contract. This is a role for someone who has already closed deals and is ready to accelerate their career in a high-velocity environment.

You will manage accounts end-to-end: running discovery calls, scoping use cases with customers, driving NDAs, preparing on-site demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You'll work closely with a GTM Lead who provides weekly deal reviews, call coaching, and a ramp designed to develop you into a full Account Executive quickly.

The product evolves rapidly, which means what you demonstrate next month will be more powerful than what you show today. If that excites rather than frustrates you, this is the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline from discovery through close, including use-case scoping, NDA management, on-site bootcamps, negotiation, and contract signing
• Travel to customer sites to run bootcamps with operators and C-level executives
• Scope technical use cases precisely to ensure successful implementation
• Source prospective customers through outbound efforts to build your pipeline
• Grow existing accounts through expansions and upsells
• Engage directly with senior management and C-suite stakeholders in German

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record closing B2B software deals, ideally through outbound-led sales
• German language proficiency at C1 level or above, plus solid English
• Based in Munich or ready to relocate within Europe
• Preference for direct customer conversations over slide decks and lengthy proposals
• Comfort navigating a product that evolves quickly
• Ability to hold your own with senior management and C-level buyers
• Someone who wants their career ramp measured in months, not years

Interview Process: Initial call with recruiter, founder interview, GTM interview, additional founder conversation, reference check, on-site case in Munich to meet the team, then offer.
