Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a motivated Trainee to join their structured development program in financial advisory. This role combines client consultation, sales, and professional growth with comprehensive mentoring support.

In this position, you will:

• Learn to conduct professional client consultations, identify financial needs, and present tailored solutions
• Support client acquisition and advisory activities while gradually building your own client portfolio
• Prepare financial analyses and concepts covering protection, retirement planning, investment, and wealth building
• Work closely with experienced advisors to learn all core sales and advisory processes
• Participate in structured mentoring sessions with regular feedback and individual development planning

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks German-speaking candidates with:

• Abitur, completed commercial apprenticeship, or comparable/higher qualification
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
• Current residence in Germany
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
• Reliability, initiative, and structured work approach
