Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Düsseldorf seeking a working student to support public sector transformation projects. In this role, you will:
- Support project planning, coordination, and implementation activities for client engagements in organizational development
- Assist with preparation, coordination, and delivery of workshops and training sessions for public sector clients
- Create professional presentations and workshop materials
- Review and edit proposals and client reports
- Conduct market research on current public sector trends and developments
- Work closely with senior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a current university student who brings:
- Enrollment in organizational psychology, business administration (HR focus), social sciences, economics, or related field with at least 1 year remaining in your studies
- Availability for 16-20 hours per week during semester time
- Strong interest in organizational development and consulting
- Graphic design skills and creativity in developing engaging workshop materials, flipcharts, and PowerPoint presentations
- Sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
- Professional communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated approach to independent work
