Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a German-speaking Team Leader for their Berlin office. In this role, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of financial advisors to achieve performance targets
• Optimize workflows and develop strategic planning for sales activities
• Support onboarding and professional development of new team members
• Organize team meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions
• Take ownership of goal achievement and maintain quality standards across the team
• Ensure reliable client service through structured processes and clear accountability
