Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for a finance and advisory role. Location: Remote (home office)
Employment Type: Working student position (requires current university enrollment)
Language Requirement: German C1+ (mandatory—all training, team communication, and future IHK certification processes are conducted in German)

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (first weeks):

• Schedule client appointments through phone outreach, networking, and provided leads
• Build and maintain a clean sales pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up processes, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your performance

As you progress:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare advisory materials
• Participate in client conversations (based on your development level) and handle follow-up communications
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure process quality
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of your task areas
• Ensure reliability and clear next steps in all client interactions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule
• German language skills at C1 level or higher (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and accountability
• Self-driven initiative and structured working approach
• Genuine interest in performance and measurable results

Preferred:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance culture

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are seeking a traditional "few hours on the side" student job
• Prefer to avoid phone work or appointment scheduling
• Have German language skills below C1 level
• Prioritize security over professional development
