Full-Stack Developer – AI Trainer (Germany)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI organization seeking experienced Full-Stack Developers to support an exciting training and evaluation project. This is a remote, project-based engagement where you'll design realistic software engineering scenarios and assess technical work produced by others.

Our talent team is looking for developers with strong backend or full-stack experience who can create production-quality coding tasks, write comprehensive test suites, and provide structured technical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks spanning bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, and testing challenges
• Write clear natural-language specifications paired with reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites to validate solutions
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and real-world applicability
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes in submitted work
• Ensure alignment between task specifications, code implementations, and expected outputs

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Working knowledge of at least one of: Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
• Experience conducting code reviews, refactoring efforts, and production migrations
• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• Located in Germany

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be determined on a per-project basis. Estimated hourly equivalents based on anticipated task completion time range from $45–$80 USD per hour, though actual compensation depends on project scope and deliverables.
