Senior Product Designer (M/F/*)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape products from initial concept through implementation. In this role, you will:

• Design products that balance user needs with business objectives, maintaining high quality while moving quickly
• Advance design processes and quality standards, contributing ideas to improve collaborative workflows
• Support fellow designers through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and professional development
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to set priorities and ensure solutions deliver measurable value
• Shape the long-term design vision by translating product strategy into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Shepherd designs through to implementation, working with Engineering to maintain quality in every detail
• Foster an open, collaborative design culture focused on the future of AI-assisted knowledge work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
• Enthusiasm for AI and clear understanding of its opportunities, particularly in design contexts
• Hands-on experience using AI applications for design tasks
• Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS products with visible value for users and organizations
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with attention to both big picture and fine details
• Proven ability to structure complex tasks, set priorities, and advance multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Efficiency and resilience when managing high workloads and parallel complex projects
• Passion for knowledge exchange, mentoring, and constructive feedback
• Expert proficiency in visual and interaction design, user-centered methods, research, and Figma
• Ability to derive design decisions from user needs, qualitative insights, and quantitative data
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Excellent German and English communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Background in co-shaping product strategies
