IT System Admin

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization based in Dubai, and our talent team is seeking an experienced IT System Admin to join their operations. This role offers the chance to maintain critical infrastructure while supporting creative and business functions across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, and hardware
• Monitor system performance to ensure smooth and secure operations across all platforms
• Perform basic website design and development using platforms such as Squarespace and Shopify
• Support departments with graphic design work and printing materials as needed
• Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary
• Document processes and procedures for employees to successfully navigate computing systems
• Conduct routine and scheduled audits of systems, including comprehensive backup verification
• Enable business-critical IT processes that support commercial operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT System Admin in the hospitality sector
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
• Proven experience managing and supporting servers, backup systems, and storage hardware
• Knowledge of website maintenance and SEO practices
• Experience with systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace tools
• Ability to prioritize diverse workloads with critical deadlines
• Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
• Experience with iOS and Apple products is required
